"I have had very little dental work done in my lifetime so I did not know what to expect when my dentist told me I needed 5 fillings right away. I am somewhat claustrophobic and a mouth breather so my first experience with my previous dentist produced a significant amount of anxiety as he had no compassion for or understanding that some of us just don't do well with a lot of instruments in our wide open mouths for several minutes at a time.
